Submission Types and Presentation Formats
To promote international exchange and dialogue with local practice, the conference will include the following submission and presentation formats. Submissions will be arranged into oral or poster sessions according to program needs and review results:
-
Oral Presentations: An estimated 6–8 papers will be accepted for each of the four themes. Oral presentations will be divided into English and Chinese sessions. Contributions based on research evidence, institutional analysis, intervention programs, or policy/practice cases are encouraged.
-
Poster Presentations (Static Display): An estimated 12–20 posters will be accepted. Posters will be displayed in a designated exhibition area to facilitate interdisciplinary and cross-sector exchange. Subject to arrangements, dedicated author-present sessions may also be organized to enhance interaction.
