Registration for this forum will be conducted online. The registration and payment system will be provided by Anke Media. This website only provides registration information for the forum. Please read the following information carefully and click the button below to complete your registration and payment through the registration system.
Registration Period
● Early Bird Registration: 2026/6/22 – 2026/8/16
● Regular Registration: 2026/8/17 – 2026/9/18
Participants
Scholars, graduate students, practitioners, and members of the public who are interested in aging, well-being, education, care services, and social innovation are welcome to register.
Registration Fees

● The registration fee includes morning refreshments, lunch, and afternoon refreshments.
● The registration fee applies to the entire forum. One-day registration or partial-day discounts will not be provided.
Registration and Payment Process
1. Click the registration system link.
2. Complete the registration form.
3. Complete the online payment.
4. Registration is complete once the confirmation notice is received.
Notes
● Paper and poster presenters must complete registration and payment.
● For each accepted paper or poster, at least one author must complete registration and attend the forum to present the work.
● Student participants are required to provide proof of student status.

Cancellation, Refund, and Registration Changes
● Matters related to cancellation, refund, participant substitution, receipt, or invoice correction shall be handled in accordance with the regulations announced in the Anke Media registration system.
● In the event of natural disasters, major incidents, or other force majeure circumstances affecting the forum, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the event format, program, or related arrangements. Any changes will be announced on this website.
