
Core Themes and Call for Papers Tracks
This symposium focuses on issues related to aging society, adult education, employment transition, health and well-being, and technology application. Graduate students, scholars, and practitioners are welcome to submit papers. The submission topics are as follows:

Track 1
Lifelong Learning, Adult Education, and Skills Development
Research related to adult education, lifelong learning, later-life learning, digital learning, skills training, reskilling, and competency development.
Track 2
Mid- and Later-Life Employment, Career Transition, and Age-Friendly Workplaces
Research related to mid- and later-life employment, re-employment, delayed retirement, second careers, workplace support, labor policy, and job redesign.


Track 3
Health, Well-Being, Care Support, and Social Participation
Research related to health promotion, long-term care, living support, community engagement, social connectedness, risk prevention, and well-being in later life.
Track 4
Technology Application, Service Design, and Innovation for an Aging Society
Research related to gerontechnology, smart services, digital inclusion, service design, program innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practical application.
